Inn Cairns

The location was excellent. Waking distance to the Rusty's Market, the Night Market, Woolworths, bus stop, Esplanade. The management was very nice and accommodating. They let me stay an hour and a half over the checkout time so I could go directly to the airport instead of wandering the streets. They also gave me an apartment at the back of the building so it wasn't too noisy. They clean up the apartment once a week and provide fresh towels. There was a a proper kitchen instead of a kitchenette which was great because I wanted to cook most of my meals. You get a security token that opens the main door to the building, so none who doesn't live there, can't get in.

The room was self contained and very well appointed. Looking down onto a car park was not the greatest but we spent so little time in the space it was not a problem. The bedroom was great and very comfortable with built in robes. The bathroom maybe needed a spruce up but was clean and well appointed. Having a washing machine (new front loader) and a dryer was a bonus. Kitchen was very good to use and the lounge was extremely comfortable. Reception was very helpful at all times.

Great location. Very well maintained and clean. Good looking pool and bbq area. Lift was fast and after hours check in was no problem. Air conditioning worked well. Single control for whole apartment.

It was comfortable, clean and welcoming , we had booked another place but it was that disgusting we left and found this one late at night , we booked it at 11 there after hours number was answered and the lady was very accommodating and contacted the caretakers to let us in the lady who looks after the place was very kind and understanding and l opened up the underground parking for us as it gets locked by 8 pm to keep cars safe . For to room and were so relieved that we had a beautiful clean place to stay and it was the best sleep we’ve ever had ,definitely recommend this hotel

The location was excellent, able to walk to everything in the city and close to restaurants, chemists and supermarkets. The room had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and good linen, especially the pillows. There are two tv's sorting out the channels was a bit difficult. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked very well and had everything we needed, fridge was small but suited our needs. Plenty of parking if hiring a car.
